I don't think that lying is always wrong, and sometimes a white lie to help many people. For example, when a patient was informed that he was suffering from a terminal illness, but his doctors say his illness is not serious, there is no doubt that doctors lie, but because the lie to the patient's condition has improved, so it is a good thing.

I believe lying is wrong but a good time to lie is when someone' health is on the line. OR like if it is a neccisary lie.

I think it is really bad to lie for the most part. There are some acceptions though, if you are lieing to keep from hurting or somebody getting hurt then its ok

I think that lieing never gets you any where but in some cases it may help like if you was in trouble and people was trying to get somthing out of you about your freinds you are going to lie for them are you or are you not?

i dont know that lying is always a bad thing only because if u are in a lot of truble than if u lie than u might not get killed. So i think that lying is bad but in some cases it is good.

Yeah i agree with you i think that if you really have to lie so that your not hurting some one then it is okay.

lying is a bad thing to do if you do it all the time, but if its not too serious you can use lies to make jokes which makes everyone happy!

lying isnt always a bad thing because say if the president tells u something very secret and tells u not to tell anybody else or ull die im pretty sure that that is a good time to lie

I lie sometimes and i lie because it either gets me out of situations or helps someone else! A good time to lie is say you were talking trash about someone and they wanted to beat you up, well you lie and lie and lie till they really believe you, then you won't be beaten up! Or another good thing to lie about is say you got kiddnapped by some weirdo russian dudes and they wanted something from you, then you lie and say you have the wrong person and then they might let you go! So i say that not all lies and bad!

i agree that lying is wrong but sometimes good. Sometimes lying can protect people. But lying to the wrong person can get you killed. I do lie some times. But most of the time i get cought.

I suppose lying isnt always bad, but it is for the most part. I think that you should be honest and straitforward with most things with few exeptions, for example a hostage situation.

When i think lying is a very suitable time to lie is when, if your married and your wifes says does she look fat in the new dress that she just bought for your two's date night and you don't wanna hurt her feeling so you say the one thing that comes to mind, "Of cource not honny, you look perfect." Even though you are thinking," Man wich plane do i have to take to get on her good side." Thats when i think lieing is a good thing.

I dont think lying is always wrong. I think its okay to lie when you didnt do your homework and you tell the teacher you forgot it at home and you do it later that night.

Think about this too. if your friends tell you something and they dont want you tellign anyone else cause its secret, and someone asks you about it, lieing would be ok, because would yoiu wrather tell someone the truth or have your friends not be able to trust and tell you anything anymore.

lie is bad only when its for the wrong reasons like to be sneaky and under handed. and to trick some one into believing what you want for your own benifit. but in some other ways lieing for the other persons benefit is good like adults lieing about santa and the easster bunny , it gives thier children something to look forward to and believe in and it makes them happy. in that case lieing would be good!

If you have a surprise you wouldn't want to ruin it, or if you had a present and wouldn't want to let them know what it is then you would have to lie, a little white lie is okay in some situations but in others can really make a big situation that involves a lot of drama.

but if u lie to get out of troube like say u brake something and say ur little brother did it which by the way works when ur brother cant talk yet and is to stupid to figure out that u did but anyway its wrong to lie no matter what expessially the little white lies cause they only get bigger and harder to cover up

I don't think it is okay to lie, but sometimes it is acceptable to lie. It is only acceptable to lie if you are helping somebody. Like if someone asks you if you know something about so lie and say no so it doesnt cause any fighting or anything like that.

lying is a tricky subject becasue it is indeed wrong to lie but depending on the situation it could be a good thing. Lying about murder or somting of the extent is wrong but i dont see a proble with a little white lie like telling your kid that there pet ran away instead of telling them taht it died.
